But when a support person says "oh, the problem is you are not an sdult in your country! If you were "of age" in your country the transaction would have gone straight though" and then I PROVE to him that according to my profile in HIS system that I AM an adult in my country and then he just repeats it. I have a GREAT appreciation for the Engineering team at Microsoft and all the work they do to make this work at all, as well as the support staff who have to deal with cranky people (including me). As u/segagamer said, if they are going to announce that a game is backwards compatible, then make you jump through hoops to purchase it, they shouldn't have announced it yet. And workarounds shouldnt be "the norm" they are temp fixes until the right way is working again. Not everyone still has, or ever had, a 360. But to many people thats a pretty terrible deal.
